Safe Handling in the Store
Chef Space is committed to providing a clean, safe, comfortable environment for all our customers and employees. As a Chef Space customer, you agree to follow all safety instructions including:
- Washing hands frequently
- Restraining your hair if necessary
- Using all cooking tools provided
- Not touching any shared ingredients with your hands
- Not handling other people's food
- Using gloves when necessary
Safe Handling at Home
We care what happens to your Chef Space selections once it leaves our store. In order to keep you and your family safe and healthy, you agree to:
- Freeze your selections immediately when you get home
- Refrigerate and cook any meal you plan to make today or tomorrow
- Thaw selections properly (i.e., in your refrigerator for 24-48 hours)
- Fully cook all selections according to the directions provided
- Cook your selections within 60 days of freezing for best taste and quality
Pricing Policy At Chef Space, each of our products is priced individually, and are subject to change at any time, without prior notice. You will be charged the price in effect at the time you place your order with us.
Payment Policy We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover when you order online through our website or on the phone. We also accept cash, check or credit card payments at our store location.
Web Site Accuracy Chef Space makes every effort to insure that the information on our web site is complete and accurate. However, This web site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies. We reserve the right to change information on our web site at any time.
Cancellation Policy If you are unable to attend your reserved session, please call us at least 3 days in advance so we can make your session available to others. We will work with you to reschedule your session or make arrangements for you to receive the entrees you ordered. You must cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled session to receive a 100% refund. Cancellations providing less than 48 hours notice will receive a 50% refund.
Chef Space Guarantee We take great pride in offering fresh, high quality menu selections. During your scheduled session in our store, if you prepare something from Chef Space that doesn't meet your freshness or quality expectations, we will, at our option, either replace the menu selection at our expense with another suitable comparable selection or refund your money. If, following preparation of a properly stored menu selection in your kitchen, you find that the menu selection does not meet your expectations of quality, we will, at our option, either replace the menu selection at our expense with another suitable comparable selection or refund your money. Please contact us with your feedback so we can address any concerns you might have and so we can attempt to make it right for you.
